She's led major restructuring and organisational change projects to help companies meet their operational and strategic goals. Viv is a member of HRINZ and is a Certified Private Investigator who is able to handle any misconduct, bullying or harassment complaints.

Penni listens to clients to put their needs first and loves partnering with them to deliver honest solutions. She spent 20 years working with global recruitment firms and was chosen as Recruitment Leader of the Year (Seek SARA, 2018). Penni is an active member of the RCSA (peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry in New Zealand and Australia). She sits on the NZ Council and is a Board Director for New Zealand and Australia.
